Quality Control in Plastic Steel Formwork Manufacturing
An inside look at our comprehensive quality control processes that ensure every formwork panel meets strict performance standards.

Quality is the foundation of our business. This article provides insight into our comprehensive quality control processes that ensure every BOSHEEN formwork product meets or exceeds industry standards.
Raw Material Inspection
Quality control begins with incoming raw materials:
- All polymer resins are tested for viscosity, density, and mechanical properties
- Glass fibers are inspected for length, diameter, and coating quality
- Steel reinforcements are verified for grade, dimensions, and surface treatment
- Materials not meeting specifications are rejected and returned to suppliers
In-Process Quality Checks
During manufacturing, we perform multiple quality checks:
- Mixing Stage: Verify material ratios and mixing time for each batch
- Molding Stage: Monitor temperature, pressure, and cycle time
- Reinforcement: Ensure steel components are correctly positioned and bonded
- Finishing: Check dimensions, surface quality, and edge treatment
Final Product Testing
Every production batch undergoes rigorous testing:
- Dimensional Accuracy: Critical dimensions measured on sample pieces
- Load Testing: Sample panels tested to verify load capacity
- Impact Resistance: Drop tests to verify durability
- Surface Quality: Visual inspection for defects
- Assembly Test: Sample panels assembled to verify fit
Certification and Documentation
Our quality system is certified to international standards:
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
- Full traceability from raw material to finished product
- Test certificates provided with each shipment
- Annual third-party audits to maintain certification
Our commitment to quality ensures that every BOSHEEN product delivers reliable performance on your construction site.
